Workflow and AI automation for Ohio businesses
Invoice and document automation, reporting dashboards, and system integrations, built around how your business already works.
Where the hours go
Automation projects usually start with the same observation. Someone spends a chunk of every week moving information from one system into another, and nothing about that work requires a person.
Invoices rekeyed into accounting. Intake forms retyped into the CRM. A monthly report rebuilt by hand from four exports. It is quiet, constant work that rarely reaches anyone's list of problems until you add up the hours.
What it gives back
20 to 45+ hrs
Reclaimed per month
Staff and owner hours no longer lost to IT friction and manual busywork.
1/4 of the cost
Versus hiring in-house
A full managed team for a fraction of an in-house IT hire, which runs $60k to $80k a year in salary alone.
$16.5k to $36k+
Per year
Typical savings from avoided downtime plus manual work shifted to automation.
Illustrative, modeled on a 5-device small business with 5 to 10 staff. Assumptions: downtime valued at $300 to $600 per hour, 20 to 45 hours per month of manual work automated at a $50 per hour loaded rate, plus the avoided cost of an in-house IT hire, which runs $60,000 to $80,000 a year in salary alone. Where we work in Ohio
Automation work is delivered remotely, so we build for businesses anywhere in Ohio, and anywhere else.
What can actually be automated?
The best candidates share a shape: repetitive, rule-based, and currently done by a person moving data between systems. Invoice and billing entry, document routing and filing, customer intake and follow-up, recurring reports, and syncing records between tools that were never designed to talk.
The worst candidates involve judgment, exceptions every time, or a process nobody can quite explain. If a task cannot be written down as steps, automating it usually just makes the confusion faster.
How is this different from Zapier or an off-the-shelf tool?
Often it is not, and that is fine. When a connector tool solves the problem, that is the right answer and it is cheaper than anything custom.
Custom work earns its place when the process has real branching, when the systems have no ready-made connector, when data needs cleaning or validating on the way through, or when the off-the-shelf option would cost more in monthly seats than building the thing outright. We will tell you which situation you are in.
Why does it matter who supports it?
Automation that nobody maintains becomes a liability. An integration silently stops, and by the time someone notices, a month of records is wrong.
Because Azlera also runs managed IT, what we build sits inside an environment we monitor. Same team, same monitoring, same number to call. That is a different arrangement from hiring a consultant who ships a workflow and moves on.
