Before launching the company, he built experience in finance, automation, and project delivery through work with First Solar, O-I, and Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group. With 4+ years of experience automating financial systems, reporting, and internal workflows, Owen focuses on helping clients improve efficiency, reduce operational friction, and implement technology that creates measurable business value.
Matt Baker
Chief Technology Officer
Builds secure, scalable IT environments with experience in cybersecurity, managed services, and AI automation. Matt brings 5+ years of experience spanning cybersecurity, managed IT services, and automation. He has worked across technical support, infrastructure, and security-focused environments, with particular strength in using AI and automation to streamline operations and improve consistency. At Azlera, Matt helps design and support secure, scalable systems that let clients operate with greater confidence, resilience, and efficiency.

Delivers hands-on managed IT expertise in support, security response, and system recovery across the Toledo area.
