What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us. If you fill in a form on this site, we receive the details you enter:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you provide one
• Your company name, if you provide one
• Whatever you write in the message field

What we do not collect

This site runs no analytics, no advertising tools, and no tracking or profiling cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, or any similar third-party script. We do not build profiles of visitors, we do not track you across other websites, and we do not sell or share personal information.

Our web host keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses and browser information, for security and reliability. That is normal infrastructure logging rather than marketing analytics.

Why we use it

To reply to you and to discuss the services you asked about. That is the only purpose. We do not add you to a marketing list because you used the contact form.

Who else handles it

A small number of service providers process form submissions on our behalf. They are permitted to use the information only to provide their service to us:

• Supabase, which runs the function that receives form submissions
• Resend, which delivers the resulting email to us
• Vercel, which hosts this website and keeps server logs

How long we keep it

We retain contact form submissions for one month, then delete them. If your enquiry becomes an active client relationship, the information moves into our normal business records and is governed by our agreement with you rather than by this policy.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@azlera.net or call (419) 283-5170 and we will handle it. We will not charge you or make it difficult, and we will not treat you differently for asking.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies, so there is no consent banner to click through. Your browser may store small amounts of data needed for the site to function. Nothing is used to track you or to build an advertising profile.

Children

This is a business website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the effective date above. If we ever add analytics or advertising tools, we will say so here before or when it happens.
