    What the partnership includes

Nonprofits usually make do with donated laptops, a volunteer who knows computers, and whatever software fits the budget. We replace that with one team that handles all three sides of it.

    We run your technology

Help desk, security, backups, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and the devices your staff rely on. The same managed IT our business clients get, scoped to what your organization actually needs.

    We build skills, not dependence

Sessions for your team and the people you serve: staying safe online, getting more from your tools, using AI safely, and careers in tech. Planned with you around your programs.

    We find the nonprofit pricing

Google, Microsoft, Canva, and other companies run programs that give eligible nonprofits software at a steep discount or free. That now includes AI tools: ChatGPT and Claude offer nonprofit pricing, and Google Workspace for Nonprofits includes Google's AI features. We help you apply, get verified, and set everything up properly.

Nonprofit pricing is available for our managed IT. Ask about it during your review.

Sessions for your team and the people you serve

We plan each session with you, around your programs and your audience. Sessions are included for nonprofit partners, and we run free community sessions for local nonprofits throughout the year.

    Staying safe online

Spotting scams and phishing, strong passwords, and protecting personal information.

    Getting more from your tools

Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Canva, including the versions you get through nonprofit programs.

    AI tools, safely

Using AI assistants for everyday work without exposing private information.

    Careers in tech

A hands-on look inside a computer and the jobs in the industry, built for youth programs.

    In the community

Boys & Girls Clubs of Toledo

We've presented to teen members at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Toledo on careers in technology, with a hands-on look inside a computer.

Before Azlera, our team supported Toledo nonprofits in homeless services, community services, and senior services.

    Stretch your technology budget further

Many of the tools your organization already pays for, or wishes it could, are available to eligible nonprofits at a fraction of the usual cost. Google, Microsoft, and Canva all run nonprofit programs, and other software companies do too. The hard part is knowing what exists, getting verified, and setting it up correctly.

We do that work with you, so money that would have gone to licenses can go back into your programs.

Offers and eligibility are set by each company and can change. We confirm what applies to you before you commit to anything.

    How we earn your trust

These are standard for every client, written into our agreement rather than promised in a sales call.

    Everything belongs to you

All passwords, admin accounts, configurations, and documentation are yours, and are returned in full if you ever change providers.

    No lock-in after year one

After the first 12 months, you can end the agreement with 60 days' notice. No termination fee or exit charges.

    The same people every time

The team you meet is the team that supports you. No call center and no rotating technicians.

    A monthly visit

We come to your office every month, not just when something breaks.

    Monitored around the clock

Devices and Microsoft 365 accounts are watched 24/7 by the Huntress security operations center, with threats contained and escalated to our team.

    Frequently asked questions

Yes. We look at your current setup, check which nonprofit programs you're likely eligible for, and give you a plain-language summary. There's no obligation. If you'd like us to handle the setup or ongoing support, we'll talk about that separately.

Often, yes. Companies like Google, Microsoft, and Canva run nonprofit programs that offer some products free and others at a deep discount. Each company sets its own eligibility rules and offers, and they change over time, so we confirm what your organization qualifies for during the review and handle the application with you.

Possibly. Microsoft retired its free Business Premium grant for nonprofits, and those licenses now renew at a discounted price instead of free. Microsoft 365 Business Basic is still available as a free grant. We check what you have, when it renews, and what your best option is before the renewal date.

Often, yes. OpenAI (ChatGPT) and Anthropic (Claude) both run nonprofit programs, and Google Workspace for Nonprofits includes Google's AI features at no cost. Terms and eligibility vary by company, so we check what you qualify for and help you set it up so donor and client information stays protected.

Most programs require registered nonprofit status, such as a 501(c)(3), and a short verification step. Some exclude certain organization types, like government bodies or schools. We check the rules for each program against your organization before you apply.

Yes. Nonprofits get a reduced rate on our managed IT. We share it during your free review, once we know what you need.

Yes. We run free community sessions for local nonprofits throughout the year. Partners get sessions included and planned around their programs.

A free license still has to be set up, secured, and supported. Accounts need protection, data needs backups, and staff need someone to call when something breaks. We handle that so your team can stay focused on your mission.

Yes. We are based in Toledo and work with organizations across Ohio and Michigan, including Metro Detroit, with remote support available nationwide.
